Can someone with a disabled badge not drive a CSL? Just out of interest?

I think you may find that CSLs are the prefered choice of disabled drivers.

who was the 'disabled' guy who used to fly around the ring on the uk53 csl plate?

he had one of those lorry knob things on steering wheel as only had use of one arm i heard. Was/is bloody quick!!
