CAP Price on a car
I need the cap price guide on a car
BMW M3 V8 E90 MARCH 2011 11 PLATE 44,000 MILES Auto COMPATITION PACK Additional equipment:
|
Mark, I'd say trade in value £26-27k, user dealer sale price will be £32+, approved dealer sale price £34+.
I'd start bidding £30k. |
hey mark, just a suggestion, try going onto the "we buy any car" website, put the reg number in and it will give you a instant price . what ive found in the past is you get an indication of the trade value and then buy the car im looking at as close to this price as possible. Thats what i did with an e46 m3, the value they came up with was £11600 and i pd £11900 for the car privately. i had a cap black book at the time and the price was pretty similar

Mark, it'll shit loads in value over the next year or so. I'd buy the best 2008-9 I could find and save at least 10k if I was after one.

58 plate with 50k ish can be had for v low £20's And for my plans it would be a waste of money spending £30k, when the outcome would make the starting point irrelevant. Apart from blowing £10k more |

When I was looking for a LS430 for my euro drive trip I went to Vauxhall website to do the same thing so I could get a feel of the trade prices based on options, mileage, year etc. Guided me pretty well as I manage to get a reliable grandpa car for the whole 1.5 month trip. Need to lookup a straight pipes and tubi/AC pipes for this V8.:hahaha: |
just don't use the estimator for a 03/04 CSL. :banghead:

Not what you asked for but a friend bought a e46 m3 individual @23k just as the v8 m3 was coming out. Sold it for 10k 3 years later.
What I'm saying is when the new M3/4 is released v8's prices could plummet. I'd wait a while. You may get a bargain in 6 months time :-D |
