Donington Sun 30 Nov?

I'm off to Donington on Sunday 30th of November for my last track day of the year.

Will be in Paris so no...but do love Donington. You will def have fun. £110 sounds good to. I'm of to Gooswood on the 26th and thats £180 but only 25 cars.

It's a sessioned day hence the lower price. I unusually just happen to be up that way that weekend, so thought i'd give Donny a go - my first UK track day!

All you need is car, drivers license and helmet.

Give it a go!

Might try and get there with our Ford Challange Race car but will see!
If not its only 40mins for me and will pop over!

Few passenger laps Glendog?

Great track Glendog and the Craner Curves are a real adrenaline rush... Enjoy.

gsr 23-11-2008 07:43 AM

Who's running the trackday?

glendog74 23-11-2008 11:40 AM

SMD - no worries :-D
Andyk - cheers mate

gsr - i booked with www.trackdays.co.uk - whether it's actually them who run it or not i wouldn't know. :smt017

Donington Park run it direct, sessioned, just make sure you get in the fast group or youll be fighting the Saxos

I booked the 'novice' group as it's my first track day in the UK

Maybe i should have gone 'intermediate'! Oh well, should be fun being a tad faster than most in the group - just like being at the Ring, lol! :smt079

DazBlackCSL 23-11-2008 07:58 PM

Going to book myself up Mon

unless you drive like a girl i suggest you swap into the advanced group.

firstly coz the CSL is pretty quick round Donny and secondly Donny Trakzone days are reknown for having a few chavs joining in in , how can i say, valueless cars that get in yer way!!

Intermediate can be ok ..... but novice will be way too slow

Andyk 24-11-2008 05:04 AM

The chap who I bought the CSL from, who now has an Ultima has asked if I want to go to Donny on the 28th or 29th Dec so may be up for that.....If I haven't eaten too much turkey and added to much weight to the car with me in it.

Bealo 24-11-2008 07:04 AM

I should be back in the UK on the 28th Nov so i could well be up for this.

I'll let you know....

glendog74 26-11-2008 10:51 AM
