Any of you drive though Worcester yesterday in a black csl about 6:50pm

Was the driver wearing a flat cap and leather string back gloves?

Could of been you then trawler going over the new bridge. Only noticed the car at the last minute, I would of flagged you down like a crazy man if I could of ha. Second csl ever seen on the road :supz:
