Hello from me .....

Hi All, well after lurking around for a while on here the deed has finally been done!
Collected from SteveB on here yesterday & had a great drive back to somerset, although the Agency Power back box is quite loud! Any suggestions on a replacement welcome??
Am extremely happy with my purchase & Steve was a pleasure to deal with.
Will get some pics up when the sun comes back out & i get the chance to go out for a blast. I can tell i'm going to be addicted to the 'noise' already! Amazing sound indeed!!

Cheers Kev

Welcome to the board mate.

I agree with the lads above regarding Supersprint. I've done Standard, GruppeM, 2xMilltek and now happy with Supersprint lightweight race for last 3 years.

No doubt the gruppem is the godfather of noisy exhausts. From cold it's down right anti-social!! the weight is incredibly light and the craftsmenship of the system is superb. Scratched that itch thankfully and now have the SS Lightweight Race system.

I take it the Super Sprint Race back box will be quieter than the Agency Power back box Kev wants to replace?

scoobs998 21-04-2014 10:28 AM

Indeed Marv, will the Supersprint be much quieter? I'm also slightly concerned about the noise limits at tracks?
So what would be peoples advice on a first track day in the csl? I consider myself a novice although i have done a couple track days in other cars at my nearest track which is Castle Combe.

Bounce 21-04-2014 01:19 PM

I like the sound of my Agency power back box, don't think the neighbors think the same though:smokin:

quite a few guys run SS lightweight race Back boxes without any issue on track. When you start to 100 cell cat and/or de-cat the system it can get near the legal noise levels.

Mike R/Neil M/Shimmy/BillyboysM3/and a few others will have good info on acceptable exhaust combi's that pass track limits.

shimmy 21-04-2014 07:31 PM

Ive had 100 cell cats, SS centre resonated, SS rear box race lightweight and never failed a static or drive by anywhere inc Donny, Bedford (I failed at Zolder when I buzzed he noise meters in third)

I liked the sound of mine with the full Milltek system and cats...

Think again scoobs that was last years money.
73,111K Millennium Heroes car for sale at £34,995. 72K car for sale by SJ specialist Cars at £31,995 and people have commented that it's too cheap, should be similar in price to the MH car.
But it's the slower SB and it's Oop Norf - so not much going for it ;)

dave wilkinson 24-04-2015 11:25 PM

Had an agreed valuation done on mine today by bmw. Done 73k needs nothing, top condition. Came back at 35k going off the current market. Gotta forward this to my insurance company with pictures as they advised me I need an agreed valuation as if anything happened would only get market value.
35k is good but not enough to even tempt me to sell as as you all know there stunning cars and nothing this side of a gt3 comes close.
