Mint E36 328i Track car with complete overhaul 1996

BMW E36 328i 1996 Convertible Road Legal Track Car, comes with 12 months MOT and 6 months Tax.

For sale is our meticulously maintained track toy, no expense spared. As two passionate M Power enthusiasts, one being a ex M Power technician our aim as a hobby was to build a car that could corner quicker than both our BMW M3 CSL’s on track.

We have replaced nearly every mechanical component and gave the engine a complete overhaul. The car drives like its just came out of the show room. We change the oil before every track day. Anyone that has seen this car at Brands Hatch/Bedford/Snetterton knows that it is a very capable car and has embarrassed many E36/E46 M3’s.

I also have youtube videos showing the car in action at Brands Hatch.

The car is capable of a 58 second lap or faster with a skilled driver. The video has a E36 328, E36 M3, a E46 supercharged M3, tiger avon, and various other hot hatches.

Starting it today, hopefully get a track day in soon before we stick a few trick bits on.

Good build.

What's that scraping noise at about 15 seconds going down Paddocks Hill? Is it bottoming out?

billyboysm3 20-07-2014 08:49 PM

Yeah. We fitted the bump stops the following week so it's perfect now. But not managed to do a dry track at brands since that video, hoping to do brands in a couple of weeks as want to do a 58 second lap in this and see what the new m3 is capable of.

£5k no offers. Needs nothing. Adem and are not using it enough to keep with a CSL each and M3 track car.

More reliable than a M3 CSL on track and can put a average M3 driver to shame around Brands Hatch.
