Okay, so a little update..
First here's some more pics from races and trackdays this fall..

In the last stint of the year i managed to run a new personal best at Rudskogen racetrack. 1:32,3 is five seconds better then what i ran last year, so I'm pleased with the progress I've done this year. Here's a video of the lap.

As you might see/hear in the video there's a few things that needs to be done with the car. There's no servo and the diff is destroyed. That leads me into my plans for the winter.

The engine is already pulled out of the car and sent to an expert for a built. Forged low compression pistons and rods are going in together with a bigger supercharger, fuel lines and fuel pumps. The target is in the 800hp range.
Here's a picture from disabling.

The diff will probably be replaced with a OS giken multi clutch style diff, together with 4,10 gears.

Also I'll be changing out the power steering to a electrical pump from a Mercedes A class.

The worn OEM bushing will be replaced with solid ones at the rear of the car. Also going to install PeeBee camber arms.

Dive planes will add some more downforce at the front.

That's about it... For now..

Okay, time to update this thread again. Alot have happened so I'm going to use alot of pictures and videos instead of alot of text.

First:
Instead of having my old engine built, I bought a built engine from England.
Got a great deal on the engine together with a used supercharger kit.
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps2e21026c.jpg

Got a new set of Apex wheels, spacers and studs
Got some solid bushings and a 4.10 gear from Turner Motorsport
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psc014f08c.jpg

Got some diveplanes, but they didn't fit very well so I have to make some modification to it.
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psca924e7e.jpg

Also got solid Rtabs from PeeBee Motorsport
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps428cdc8f.jpg

Got some new Michelin slick
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1ff032f2.jpg

Took out the rear of the car to have the bushing installed and the diff rebuilt:

http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...pscef1b1d4.jpg

Inspected the flywheel and HPF clutch while the engine and tranny was apart
Still looks good
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps825c4c15.jpg

Bought some driving gear for the wife. Happy wife inside a HANS helmet
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps448325d3.jpg

Got some oil for the new OS Giken diff.
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps6242c51e.jpg

Got the diff back after the rebuild
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps17b0dfee.jpg

Installed the engine and got everything back together.
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps8a055ac8.jpg

Started up the engine and took it for a small drive....
Turned out that it was a knocking sound in the engine I got from England.
YouTube

Took the oil filter apart and found pieces of metal inside it.
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psc235107e.jpg

Took the bottom part of the engine to inspect the rod bearings, rods and crank.
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psa545f846.jpg

Found two bearing that had gone around the crank
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psac1e0dc0.jpg
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5cf376fa.jpg

So took out the new engine and put the old one back in again.

Noticed a crack in the oil filter housing so I swapped it out with the one from the new engine

Got everything back together once again
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...pse64d179d.jpg

Took the car for a round in the Norwegian GT Championship and took two thirds and a fourth place in the three races. I was very happy!

Here's a video from the first of those races
Race 1 GT1-2 Rudskogen 07.06.2014 - YouTube

Changed the springs to a softer setup as I was going to Nürburgring on a trackday
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...ps98334f8f.jpg

Came down to Nürburgring a couple of days before the trackday so my wife and I had some time down there. Got to take a trackwalk on the Nordschleife one evening. It was beautiful!

http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psf7551915.jpg
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...psb4b71b6a.jpg

On the trackday I did some decent driving, but the traffic was a bit to much to be able to set a really good time.
Here's a clip

Also got to breake the 300km/h barrier together with my wife. It was a rush going flat out through that corner and don't lift before the compressoin in the bottom of the hill
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaS2OwGc9No

Unfortunately we had some mechanical issues as well. A bushing to the diff came loose the first day
http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/...pse3e03406.jpg

I was lucky and got in touch with a local raceteam that had a new bushing in stock so they changed it for me and I was ready for the next day.

On the second day I did some runs but after a while a power steering hose burst and I was stranded on the side of the course. The rescue guys was unbelivable quick and checked if we we're okay within a minute. Big creds.
Got the car loaded up on the rescue truck.

I checked around if anyone had a new hose but I wasn't that lucky this day. So I had a early evening.

I'm back in Norway now and made a highlight video from the trip. Hope you like it.

Well this is were I am now. The next thing for me is a new race weekend in the Norwegian GT championship next month.

Hope you enjoy following my journey.

Regards
Inge
