Its the older style one with the full backbox., not like the one in your linky

If its a full back box similar to the oem one then its not the Race version.

It shouldn't be a problem.
1. I have seen cars (M5s, porsches and lambos) making a LOT of noise.
2. CSL is a noisy car and the police knows it

PS : I love the Swiss police btw. I did something stupid yesterday making an impressive drift in front of them (I didn't know they are there) and they let me go. I really appreciated what they did and I agree with them that it's not OK to make stunts in the public road. It motivated me to stop these things.
