Hi,

The Team is owned by Erich Edlinger who
was a Driver in the DTM.

I know that Georg Plasa BMW 134 and
Retro Misele Merc 190 both use
V8 Judds.

The Judd engined Cars are circa 550 plus

The Erich Edlinger car [320 BMW]
runs a IRL 3.5 V8 Engine [Indy Racing League]
which is a N/A V8 that rev to around 10.5k.

Indy Cars in the States use Methonal which is terrible stuff
if it ignites.

The Double wishbone Suspension on the Car
is a work of art.

Look at his Web site its really interesting and
goes into the deatails of the Car.

Hi,

Sad News that Georg Plasa, JUDD 134 Owner and
Driver was killed in a High Speed Hill Climb
event in Italy this weekend.

The Impact according to early reports was
so hard that some of the Roll Cage tubing actually
snapped.

He always puts a smile on my face.

Thanks for the up-date Gorilla. That is very sad news. He built two of my favourite race cars. He and the 134 will be horribly missed. R.I.P.:(

Sad to hear of the loss ... died doing what he loved though

Hi,

It seems in these pics that the
Roll Cage has at least bent, and
there are reports that some
Tubes are broke or snapped
in the impact.

Car impounded by the Police,
Magistrate appointed, all
very Senna-esque, being
Italy the ''which'' hunt has begun.

Hi,

It seems that 500 BHP E46's is now
all the Rage.

The S65 would be my engine of
choice for the E46 but I expect
these are still very rapid.

Not sure about the 'cable ties' on the
Car from Norway though.
