cheers for the reply our mon, check out the compact project, if theres a budget, it could be in the kumho series next year in class c. this years track days will be a good chance to see how it could go compared to the e36 328'S in that class. just hope my bollocks are bigger than theirs.....LOL

Hi ian i only have these on my normal m3,pads will effect the performance also fluid used and lines used, obviously the csl cup caliper and disc setup is better as these are alcons and nearly 3 times the cost and use a larger disc too.For moderate track work the bmw ones are ok but if you are finding them not up to the job then ap racing are a good choice.

hello monkeycsl, I was wondering what your thoughts are on the performance calipers on your csl. I have them on my m3 with csl discs and standard pads and find them "ok" but having driven the schirmer modified car of a friend with csl cup calipers and PFR pads.....well, they where stunning compared to mine!
just trying to get a guage of other peoples set ups etc.

    cheers, ian
