New arrival on PH an 04, SG, reading 22K with 4 previous owners priced at £35,995
but as with most low mileage examples it's the Service History (dates and what service was undertaken that's the important factor).

As with most things, it's worth what a buyer will pay for it, agreed it does seem steep but looks a lovely car.

The price is comparable to what NJ has on offer down on the farm. Interesting plate also for the money (800/1K?)
Prices are steadily creeping up, this car 6 months ago would have been around the £29.5/32K reading 22K miles.
Like Tom's which Hexagon went on to retail at £40K. We are victims of our own success - Hurray :hahaha:

Well, asking prices are going up, but for the moment I think there's a bit of a disconnect between those prices and what people are willing to pay. As ever, a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
Over the last 2-3 months, there's been a steady flow of potential buyers registering their interest here, but it seems that only a few have been able to go on and buy cars.
That's not just down to buyers expecting to buy a car for too little cash, but presumably also because some cars are not in the condition as advertised.
I'll happily see prices increase ( :-D ) but there's still some middle ground to be achieved in the market.

This car is now Sold, as tends to happen when cash buyer meets affordable CSL with the right boxes ticked. I think it lasted 3 Days on PH..!

Good spot
Now, if that car had Xenons, it would have been at least £30k! :hahaha:
(well maybe not!)

I would say the car at NJ was priced correctly to sell hence it didn't last long, I know as I didn't even get to view it before it sold, actually lasted a day on ph as I enquired two days ago.

I reckon NJ is reviewing his pricing policy if the cars are selling in 1-2 days :-D

NJ has still got his low mileage examples languishing about the place. No takers for them.
But his 'Cat D' is no longer being advertised.

......................... price it right and it will sell and quickly in this case.
if the price is right it will sell.................for a decent profit in not too long a period so he can reinvest his money in another car..........might take a few weeks:beer:
