European breakdown cover is also worth considering if not on warranty and no RAC / AA Euro cover - i.e. ADAC
Warranty Documents - For those with BMW insured warranty....numbers are 0800 777 111 in the UK and +44 208 686 244 whilst in Europe
Passport
Travel Insurance
Europe medical card
Chunnel / Ferry docs
Hotel confirmations
Log Book / MOT (don't think necessary but worth taking)
Service book (may be requested for warranty claim)
Insurance documents - TELL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ! - CCI requirement.

If you are with Vodafone - sign up to eurotraveller, and you can use your inclusive mobile contract minutes and data for calls / phone nav app etc.
£3 per day - quite a bargain, considering std roaming rates etc

Sorry guys. There is no doubt, weather on weekend will be horrid. So I'm not traveling to Munich. 1000 Miles in the wet is to much. To all of you, have a good trip!
