Hi All
I've managed to loose my NS front splitter somewhere, just spoken to BMW and they no longer make them and there are none in stock anywhere in the dealer network.:banghead:
Any suggestion where i can get one that is either an OEM part or a very good after market one that will fit properly?
looks a bit rubbish at the moment with a big hole in the front bumper so want to get it sorted asap

I've lost another one of these NS again,
Has anyone found a source of these,
tried BMW and they haven't been able to come up with anything and also CA haven't been able to help either.
If not, does anyone want to loan theirs while in the garage over the winter and I will send a pair away and have a mould made and get a batch of each side done. I have a contact at a very good carbon place that have done work in the past for me.
I bought 2 (genuine) in October 2013 from BMW. £185+vat ea from memory. I had to have them lacquered though as they come bare. In hindsight i should of repaired the old scabby ones... but didn't want to wait :)
Try another BMW stealer maybe

Not a waste, I did the same.
The nightmare is rolling too far into a parking bay with a high kerb, totalling the front bumper area and then finding them NLA :(.
Try BMW Park Lane.
I had 2 from BMW about 2 months back came with in a week

i will ask the owner and let you know
Mark, can you refurb them even if they have a visible crack? On my old set that i've just replaced one has a crack top to bottom that's already been bodged and looks shit

I remember something from a while ago about original splitters and then some later ones that were different, a different shape I think?
Can anyone confirm / remember?

I think you mean slightly different fitting mechanism. The older version has two plastic pins to hold them in place and the newer version do not (From my poor ailing memory).
Newer ones are also apparently unlacquered.
Someone with a better memory will be along shortly.
