Whoever owns this vehicle, it was registered in Exeter, West of England sometime between the 1st September and the 28th February, 2003/04.

I think it was MJ53 CZD, I overtook it at 11am coming into London on A1 and saw it at ACE cafe.

It's someone I swore I knew but couldn't work out where from, I was going to speak to him but only saw him again as he drove out... I've since worked out who he is I recon (a customer of where I worked a couple of years ago, I'm 99.9% sure anyway lol)
