Until I compete in my 1st Triathlon...
Been training since march this year (I was a "slender" 21 stone back then:whistle:) with several injuries that have hindered me along the way:(, including a poxy cold/cough only last week.
Nothing too serious as its been classed as a beginners event.
400m swim
21km ride
5km run
I'm sort of looking forward to it but seriously nervous as well...
So in short if I haven't posted sunday afternoon I'm laying in hospital lol

Good luck- hope you enjoy it. I'm a keen road cyclist, but a lousy swimmer & runner so have never tried triathlon.

Well done, congratulations!
Great determination & inspiration.
You’ll get the bug now & before you know we’ll be congratulating you on completion of an Iron Man.
But draw the line at that, not like my mate, he’s done a double, triple & now Deca.
