Have you got a video or is that a best lap in theory ?

It was a real best lap on Tuesday. Also did a 2m50.? Wednesday and a few 2m51+ laps. All on Performance box.

I also ran Harry's Lap timer and it gave my best lap a 2m 48.8s (same lap as 2m 49.3 on PB) :smokin:

I've got video so will YT it over next two days,

I think from memory Best Ideal Lap was 1m 48.2 I did some great sectors last knockings Wednesday with ONeill chasing me but always got placed somewhere so never managed a FUL quick lap.

Looking at your Spa time last visit SY I think that 2m57 is possible.Oneill knocked out a few 2m52s laps following and was doing really well.

I met a guy at the ring in a modded E92, the guy was very keen to tell me how much better and faster the E92 was and how he regularly gets under 8 mins.

I followed him out and left him for dead in my CSL, never seen him after that.

He was a whopper.

yep, both Monday and Tuesday at Spa i think i found every single E92 out there and the only one that was quick (quicker than me) was a blue Shirmer one, wing, splitter with Schirmer along the side.

Rest got taken to the cleaners:-D.

However as few of us were at Bedford Autodrome this week in the E92 doing a few laps of the South Circuit in the wet n their stripped out modded cars and tbh the cars were very easy to drive, lovely power delivery, DCT was superb, but car was heavy and not as well balanced.

My gut feel was CSL would be quicker around.

Agreed... the E92 is really easy to drive fast & good fun, but it feels a very heavy car, even the Palmer Sport ones :banghead: You can really feel that under braking :119: and these things had APs all round.
That V8 & DCT in the E46 CSL chassis would be sublime though :smt055  :smt055

That sounds just like the owner of the before mentioned tricked E92 M3  IIRC he is a bit of a CSL hater ... and as U say, a whopper. :hahaha:
