fell head over heels for it.. just epic..

sounds wank, but you can fix that.

Toque is immense, and almost makes it easier to enjoy than my CSL on more roads.
But im defiantly having one when i cann afford it

The T/Control is horrifically sensitive so I switched it off when the salesman was starring out the passenger window !!http://forums.seloc.org/images/smilies/tongue.gif

God i enjoyed it so much, its the short chassis that does it, just bounces and figits for grip with all the power... lots of smiles

Did you buy? I think they are super little cars. Seen two today at a local show and even with a lot of 'supercars' there they still stood out.

EDIT - Sorry just re-read your post

Posted a similar thread about the 1M after test driving one. Put it out of my mind until I learned about the BDM chip that would give it 400 bhp and another 84 lb ft for just £1k. Now I am seriously plotting it, but would most likely have to budget to uprate the brakes too...

Amazing cars, I had the good fortune of taking my friends 1M to the Monaco F1 and back earlier in the year. Naturally I spent 2 days hooning around the alps.

Great little car, much more focused than my 135 as to be expected although the brakes were not as good. First thing I did was switch the tc off and engage the M mode every morning and it was actually easier to drive quickly in this set up imo. The throttle response is shocking without the M button pressed to the point that even when cruising on the Autoroutes I still had M Mode engaged.

Amazing experience though, we had the run of the mountains as it was out of season. My friend sat next to me in the passanger seat for most of it and he was happy for me to 'enjoy' the car on all the hairpin bends and not in the slightest bit worried about his tyres.

I want to get a CSL and go back again next year just to spend more time in the mountains, forget the GP.
