On a serious note....

I think someone dropping £30k on a 9 yr old car with that mileage will prob want less miles / warranty. Dont deny your mods are ace but youre in a limited customer market. For me, needs to start with a 2.

27,995 ?

Have you got the standard bitz? maybe an option to sell the extras

A lot of people want to buy a standard car then mod them when they want too, madness but that's life

yea, had thought about that. warranty is peace of mind but has had HG, gearbox both done and had a diff cooler to prevent the overheating which usually causes diff probs, so many of the likely larger costs shouldnt be an issue. had a figure of £28-30k in mind but when i started to think about and list all the things that come with it started to look too cheap. maybe optimistic

yep sy, have all the originals so can make the car standard again and sell the bits, but for easy sale thought of putting it up as it is. saves time/effort and if doesnt sell can continue to use it as it is.

know its a smaller market if modded, but many people do buy them and then do the mods i've carried out so was thinking it might make sense to but one with al the stuff done

sounds like a lot of dosh for a car with part history and a good few miles on it, dont get me wrong im sure its a cracking motor to drive but when parting with that kind of money you want piece of mind also.

put it back to standard sell the car and bits seperate then you will get the 28-30k your after.

probably right mate, taking parts off and selling as standard was always the original plan, just getting ideas on here if selling it as it is was an option

That is a fair point, I'm not sure what state the CSL market is in at the moment??? Best of luck with the sale mate

Or you could always just keep it :-D

I have been looking for a while. They seem to be shifting very slowly, same ones been on Pistonheads for several months.

I was looking for an unmodified one, and that price seems very high for anyone not looking for those specific mods. Maybe advertise as standard with modifications optional extras?

Just agreed a deal on one so looking forward to getting my hands on it

Need to sell mine first, not getting much interest despite dropping the price recently :(. Anyone here like BMWs ;) and want a great condition everyday runaround that's pretty fast and very good bargain :-D
