BMW dealer servicing in Herts

Does anyone have a view on the best dealership in Hertfordshire to get the summer service done and the service book stamped? Better yet, anyone got anything good or bad to say about Specialist Cars BMW in Stevenage? Any guidance gratefully received.

I once saw 11mpg at the 'ring, but I'm barely getting 19mpg even with sensible driving and it is not running smoothly at low revs. No doubt Elms will identify the issue.

i used to take my 330d to specialist cars, they are avarage at best !!
once had an oil sev and they didnt put any oil back in it only found out when i got home !!!
