Mine are still original. Discs I have had changed....but when I bought the car there wasnt much left on them.

Have done ring once (slowly, couple of laps)
Snett x1
Silverstone x2
Spa x1
Donnington x1

In 3 years.

But...I use car sparingly on TD's...its cherished you know..:-D

Upgrade hoses / fluid and you're done.

Forgot to add...

sometimes they'll squeal like a LDN bus...

Most of the time they're fine.

Do RS29's come with anti-rattle clips? I have Carbon Lorraine RC5+ & rattle like a bitch:bigcry:
Not good wearing either, done 1 trackday & not much life left in them.

iv got e46 330i brake up grade on my e36 328i track car and iv put carbon lorraine RC6 pads in and they are fantastic done about 8 track days in them and only half worn, i did have to buy shims and copper grease the shit out of them as they were so load at low speeds though !!

Performance friction Brakes pads as advertised in the CSL banner work well for me. Good price i think and been good on track too. CSL register members get discount too i think.

I was running Ferodo ds2500's and switched to rs29's because I started to do some track work.

Ds2500 were really good for fast road

Rs29's superb on track / no fade but noisy on road

Just ordered Pagid Yellows at some price, and some Mintex to try on track too, as the Ferodo have killed my front disc's (New disc's now fitted waiting for pads)

When i went for the AP kit I upgraded the pad to the RS29's & have some pads that came with the kit, in a AP box (cant see a part number).
Are these any good?

either F2500 or AP version of it

decent road pads but dont use on track

you might be able to sell them to m3/csl AP owner for road use for £100
