I am putting my car up for sale as I have a hankering for something different. I'll be putting it on at a price Id be happy with otherwise it stays and will be traded.

I've never used autotrader before so Ive been looking in to their fees. I may be wrong but.. £36.00 for two weeks?? I'm considering PH's too, anyone have experience with both?

Thanks

Hi,

For a car like the CSL i will try Piston Heads instead first as it is a specialised car.

People who would go to Auto Trader will be more for the normal M3 type i think.

Could be wrong but it is my incline :)

Eduardo.

Not sure about Autotrader for CSL's. I'd go here, PH and see if folks here are prepared to connect you with other forums they frequent. Seems to be a few people out there looking for straight cars who prefer the referral route.

Put it on PH first and see how you get on....Sold a number of cars on PH and they have gone pretty quickly if priced well.....Had a Maserati 3200 that sold with in 1 day, a TVR T350T in 3 days, an Alfa GTV in 6 hours plus a number of my wifes cars all sold within a week on PH......Now not saying that will happen but for a CSL it's the best place to start and free as well...Good luck......

It is if you are signed up...I just sold and Afla on there and it was free but think you need to be a forum member.......Unless they have changed it for new members.

Think Shimmy is right...If you have been posting for years then it's still free....If you signed up when they changed hands then I think you have to pay.
