How much did the brake kit cost? And I assume it can be fitted by BMW Dealers.

Think bmwmini parts do then with csl discs for about £1000 but you would need brackets made up to get them to fit.the calipers are made by bre:)mbo so good value.

I really wanted a cs but you pay a premium for a nice low mileage one and most are smg
.the only benefit is track mode and steering rack as I would put coilovers on and better brakes anyway so went for standard and luckily it had some nice mods for a good price.:)

Why Rob, what's wrong with the 1 series?

If you have a look on M3Cutters there are a few people on there who can enable M-mode on your year M3

Why Rob, what's wrong with the 1 series?

Nothing at all mate and it's surprisingly rapid and pleasant to drive.

For the amount of miles i'm doing it doesn't make entire sense to have a diesel daily right now and the money i would have saved by buying the cheaper (>2003) M3 would have offset the slightly higher petrol bill and insurance costs.

At the end of the day a 123d is no M3...
