how mant csl`s on here have had there sub frames replaced due to the cracking issues on the e46 m3/ csl.

I take it this is something dealers check when its in ?

mine got spotted by the indy i use both ex bmw tecs . they spotted it when they removed my supersprint they have sent 2 csl`s and about 5 m3`s into blue bell now. i think the best thing to do is get an indy that knows what they are looking for to inspect it. they told me the job costs £3600 plus vat they had the car for about 3 weeks.

Unklebenz on here spotted mine:thumbs: BMW Oxford did the replacement, recommended on cutters.

I take it we have it covered on warranty if it ever goes

Not mine and up on the ramps at Elms at the last get together, it all looked peachy.

So do I rag it and get it done under warranty whilst age allows or take care of the lady ??

no warranty cover, just goodwill, at least until 10years are up!

I know what I'm looking for on them Steve.

Get it across and ill get it up on ramps, and give it the once over.
