Hi,

I'm looking to do my first track day in the UK after the APs are fitted soon. What company, if any, do you guys normally book through and what do you recommend?

I'll be up in Yorkshire visiting family at the end of November and there's two dates i'm looking at:

Sat 29 Nov at Oulton Park
Sun 30 Nov at Donington
Oulton is probably my favoured of the two. Would be nice to meet with others if anyone's going?

Cheers,

Rob.

It might sound a bit silly but I book with whoever is running the trackday at the track that I want to go to, on a day that I can go.

I've only done a handful of days so far but, IIRC, they have all been with different companies. Motorvision, opentrack, BMWCAR Mag, Donny Park themselves are just some of the names that spring to mind. (They have all been 'open pit lane' though.)

The next one that I've got lined up is Brands Hatch on 25th Nov with BMWCAR mag. £139 and OPL. Fancy it?

Not actually booked it yet so not 100%. But certainly 99% sure that I'm going. :-D

Yep, the car still manages to 'stand out from the crowd'. Come over and say hello.

There is another one at Oulton on the 26th. It's a Wednesday, but its only £99!!!! and it's an open pit lane, which I think is a far better format.

I know the guy is running this one if you are intrested?

...i think theyve almost sold out!!

"They" always say that, regardless of whether there's one place or 30 places still available...
