Might as well throw my hat in the ring as well for an airbox. I'll go with the Alpha N from evolve afterwards to get this installed on my car. As you guys have been extremely helpful thus far with everything, figured one of you may eventually want to part with that cf airbox you guys have. You can pm me on here as it goes directly to my email. Thanks guys.
I'll update this posting to reflect if and when i purchase one. Until this thread reflects a change in status of the sought item, I'm in the market for one. ;)
Purchased New One Today.

Still looking, hope maybe some of you are thinking of going FI or something else so i can pick this up from someone.
Not got an Airbox, but do have a set of brand new CSL Cams if you still need them?
Edit; I must read the whole thread before replying!

I can get a new OEM csl airbox shipped to my door for 4,111 pounds. So keep it reasonable on the selling asking price.
Also anyone who has extra csl cams laying around I got plenty of guys asking me for some, after I got a set I get pm's none stop.

I'm going to, just wanted to see if there were any reasonable ones for sale. Last guy was asking 3,500 pounds for a used one without the lower bumper hoses. Which is :119: that some people actually will pay it.

Sounds like a good deal as it will save you £600 hard earned:smokin:

It's not enough of a savings to justify the risk of buying used, and from an individual. The company I can get it from is reputable includes shipping, and has no tax on the item. They also include every nut and bolt down to the lower hose to the bumper.
That's one thing that scares me most, is buying from someone without any real buyer protection. At this point I'd have to justify not buying a new one.

You have been trying to buy one of these for around 12 months now.
Have you considering exchange rate, import duty, packaging and shipping, or is 2.5k to 3k all in?
Why not just get the VAC Motorsports one, it is cheaper and is built to the exact OEM dimensions.

Yes, i know the exchange rate. I just picked up a set of oem csl cams, so trust me i know its high. That is one of the main reasons why maybe the new oem csl airbox is starting to look so good. I don't have any other replica parts on my car, so i don't intend to start now. If you want to know where i can source a new one, pm me as many others now have.
I missed an oem csl airbox that was for sale in the u.s. for 4,000 usd. So used ones can be had for around that price. I'm surprised however that some people are willing to pay as much as 3.5k gbp for a used one. That's the airbox and not any other parts like the lower bumper hoses. There has to be something wrong somewhere with the ability of people to do a simple search for oem bmw parts.
