I know many of you use Elms, but I have not used stealers for over 7 years. Thought I would give them a try & would just like to say it was a pleasure dealing with Emma & Gareth who added the personnel touch & not the usual corporate bull sh*t. Knowing Gareth has a wealth of experience of the csl is also great. Shame I missed Yanto on Saturday, but it sounds like he was scared of the rain. :hahaha:

Heard you were heading matey - how are the new brakes ?

Meant to post on this subject earlier, but echo Trawlers sentiments completely. Great facility, nice people to deal with and customer service is second to none. Clearly know what they're doing, Gareth has a genuine passion for the cars and keeping them looked after. All cleaned ready for my collection. Thoroughly recommended guys

yeah, car is still on cups and forcast wasn't looking to clever for the weekend, so Fri pick up seemed best call. And I don't like it getting wet :gayfight:

I can also recommend the local minicab firm - cslcars - run by Billy & Matt. Very prompt pick up swift transfer, though the noise tends to upset the locals ;) - cheers lads :supz:

Still bedding in the brakes Yanto as I had chores to do. Not enough time for a bit of fun. Let me know the next time you are in the area & we could arrange to meet. Hopefully we will all get together at Elms soon for a csl meet.

Well done Gareth.

Gareth, can you let us know who the best person to speak to if Emma goes on holiday etc, or can they put us through to you. Also when your next on vacation so we can book in when your back.

Billy

Thanks for the rapid response that great much better than my local dealer who with no disrespect didnt fill me with much confidance when i enquired about servicing prior to purchase, i pressume you chaps can install latest software on the box if required, it slips a little changing into gears but only 4th to 5th to 6th the lower gears are real sharp changes so thinking along software upgrade.

Yes of course we can do software upgraded then reteach clutch learn curve and slip point , not always a garanteed fix tho if clutch is worn out , but definatly cheapest option to try first .:smt023

2nd that, mine has been in for a while now and not once have I had to ask how things are going or get involved with any warranty issues, because there weren't any with Emma and Gareth looking after everything

I was a bit disapionted with Elms. The muffin I had was not quite as soft as I would like...!

In all seriousness, cracking bunch down there, even if Gareth couldn't swing my clutch under warranty!

1st visit and I have to say cracking dealership, state of the art workshop :smokin:

needless to say I picked up my car with no dramas, all the little extra bits I had asked for were done :)

Gareth talked me through what was done and why, I have to say the new engine looks gleaming and drives as sweet as a nut :supz:
Shame i got back to Leeds and put it straight into storage :bigcry:
No room at home with the little winter projects I am doing in the garage.
However i will make sure I do the running in as soon as the weather picks up :gayfight:

Thanks to all at Elms ( I was looked after by Emma and Gareth)
:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:
A very pleasant dealership who understands their clients needs, very easy going and know their way round a CSL :supz::supz::supz:

Perhaps some pictures from Giraffe of said girls sporting the M clothing or not. It has got to be a winner in the continuing positive publicity for Elms.
