Did donny today, a lot of nice cars there 360 strad, 430 scud to name a few.
Quite a few m3's on track in various states of modification and am m1 driven by a 60yr old dude who had just done the ring!!!!!!

Had a great day in the csl and made a few observations in relation to tracking the gt3. I ran the car in sport mode, s5 and traction off
1/ the csl is a lot less imposing to drive on track, egging you on to go faster but not threatening to kill you if you get it wrong
2/ the AP brakes are no match to carrera cup brembos.
3/ there is less low down grunt than the gt3, but once your above 4500rpm there aint much in it
4/The csl is easier correct oversteer than the gt3
5/having now tracked both SG and SB csl's I can definately say that SB is the faster colour;)
By the end of the day I was getting back into csl mode and starting to enjoy the car, can't wait to get back on track.
Might go to anglessey on sat with lawsy in his new track toy

m trac is too intrusive for serious track use, unsettling the balance of the car when it kicks in. I find it better with traction off and smooth throttle/brake inputs

+1

My 1st ever track day with the CSL I ran with M-Trac on for the 1st 3 laps. Spun out on what i beleive could have been caught with some throttle had it been available.
Have never ran with it since.
