It's the best and cheapest suspension upgrade you'll do on the CSL IMHO  ... also the perfect time to check & change your anti roll bar drop links ;)

Are the drop links a reasonable price from BMW, how do you know if they need changing.

When they start knocking  Don't bother with the main Stealer for drop links mate, call Euro Car Part and ask for "LEMFORDER" OEM drop links, same as what BMW will try to sell you... in very expensive boxes

that really helps a NUMB NUT like me, FoOKinG close up ...
I have a noise at the back and cant find it anywhere, not suspension, not callipers, not rtabs, not exhaust...
a bit of movement in the camber arms and now you've mentioned roll bar noise due to wear it could be that, not loud but something somewhere, are the roll bars that tie the back end and eibach and others do ?? and should camber arms move a bit ?

Give Shane or Guy a call @ ECP Cambridge: 01223 401401
Front bushes ECP part number: 973 11 1001 (30.8 mm) ... rear bushes ECP part number: 973 11 0721 (21.5 mm) ... failing that, the chap on fleeBay has a very good deal on a complete set of these, linky here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/POWERFLEX-BMW-E46-M3-CSL-Complete-Roll-bar-Bush-Kits-/390283471585?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5adeb52ae1#ht_2143wt_907
Good luck with it
