Does anybody know if the extended paddles help when driving and hands are crossed if they are easier to find to change gear, rather than using the stick :smt017 as my local dealer is more than willing to sell me some.

I have extended paddles, but still tend to use the stick from 1st -> 2nd if turning a corner. They do work well though

Do you have the BMW extended paddles ? If so, could you post a pic ?

I don't believe they are BMW ones (were on the car already), but mine look very much like these ones

I have extended paddles on mine, does make a big difference, much easier to find, however, sometimes you still need to use the stick.

May I ask how much the extended paddles cost from the dealer in Europe?
Here in the US they cost about $150.

I think the dealer sell bigger versions of the OEM type (for fat fingers) they are hardly extended, mainly wider ;)
