Hi I'll be visiting Scotland the last week of August:thumbs:
What places should I visit?
Must see?
Where to stay?
One week will be enough?
How many days at Edinburg?
Glasgow worth it?
I´m thinking of renting a car?
Thanks

but if you must....
Edinburgh to Skye is a good old trip, with the best of scotland and some cracking roads to boot....
what exactly do you want to see? castles, whisky golfcourses or sheep
I am sure some of the oil sheikhs will be along shortly to give some more accurate advice:whistle:

Take loads of money (you'll have to buy them all drinks) and a mosquito net.
Google Translate will also be useful. :bigcry:

It all depends what you want to see like Jim said.
There are some great roads with the best views in the UK and i would recommend a run from Edinburgh Up over the forth road bridge to fife,
Then take the tourist route all the way over to crail and up to Saint Andrews.
Pitlochery is great if you fancy the highlands there are some great roads and places to visit on the way.
But were ever you go scotland is Great :smokin:
Or if you are really brave there is always Glasgow :hahaha:
Some great liks
