very well written advert, very very good photos.
Judging the detail they have gone into, I think the car will be good. It looks like the kiind of place that sells good stock.
Someone on here will know the history, the reg rings a bell?, not sure, I could be mistaken.

Probably one of the only cars where a picture of it sideways doesn't bother me haha! May of been an owners car they borrowed? May be wrong though?

Why would you want to fit a limiter kit if not to track it ?? ;) ... mmmmm

don't think it was one of the original press cars, they were 03 plates IIRC. looks good though well worth a test drive

Perhaps because the standard bushes were shot and whilst the lads at Simpsons were in there it seemed sensible to tighten things up without any discernable downsides in NVH ;)
I've got milk in the fridge, doesn't mean to say I keep cows in the garden . . . . . . . assumption, it's the mother of all f*ck ups :-D
I suspect it was either a press car (or belonged to a mate of a journalist) It also featured on/in the Feb 2010 issue of Evo magazine.

I will assume I am correct.

Your f*cking assumptions are incorrect. ;)
But I digress. My post highlighted that an incorrect assumption was made regarding the cars useage.
Prior to my ownership the car most likely had been tracked, however, during my ownership it was used exclusively on the road (apart from its brief visit to Goodwood for the Evo magazine photoshoot)
In this case the assumption that the car had a trailing arm limiter fitted to improve its dynamics for track useage was incorrect.
As I mentioned previously, the car was at Simpsons Motorsport, whilst having AP four pots fitted to compliment the AP six pots fitted by the previous owner. It was noted that the trailing arm bushes were unserviceable and I was asked if I wanted the limiter kit fitted whilst they were replacing said bushes.
I asked if the kit had any detrimental effect on NVH for road use and was informed they did not, only that they removed a degree of rear steer that the unserviceable bushes had lent to the proceedings. As it turned out, the advice proved to be spot on, the car was vastly improved and became far easier to drive and instilled much more confidence as a result.
A worthwhile modification for road or track, but definitely not a modification specifically for track useage.
