What's the chances of these going up over the next 3 yrs, I've followed the market for a while prices have softed slightly, not gone up

25K has been the going rate for a while.

How long before the going rate is 30K:drool:

I think they will get to approx 20k and stay for a while.

We just need to keep going to tracks and kicking arse. :smokin:

There are so many unforseen things which can influence.

Given the low numbers of UK CSLs and their already 'classic' status then I dont think these will drop below £20k for average cars and the low owner, low mile minters will keep north of £27k. They will certainly increase in value over the years, just look at the iconic e30 M3s how they have rocketed over last 5 years or so.
I suspect CSLs are a good mid/long-term invertment over the next say 7 years and once over 15years old then watch them rise.
Should you buy just as an investment??? it is a hell of a waste of a great motor!!!!!!
Better to enjoy now and reap rewards later, best of both worlds IMO.

Very few cars are a 'good' investment.

CSLs simply need to be driven

Do not care as mine is a keeper. Look what has happened to 964RS prices & when they came out they did not get great press. Too harsh for our roads.
