Long story short - selling my mothers car on eBay, some person wins it, didn't hear anything for 4 days so opened a dispute. Get an answer saying sorry, I'm abroad now can I cancel the bid,thanks for understanding. What a twat! Being a seller, I'm not able to leave neg feedback, why?

eBay made it that way few year back to stop the " Slag fest " that use to take place. It's annoying I know however, if you report this to eBay, they will put an "Unpaid Item" strike against the "Twat" :clown:
This is more effective then Negative feedback in the long run and you should get your final value fees back + the Ad fee as well.
