CSL's In Essex Area?

As my next car I'd like a CSL, my problem is I've never seen one, heard one in real life yet alone have a ride in one.

Just joined this forum to start my homework, maybe see if one comes up for sale, always good to buy from a club member.

One more thing, I'm asking if there are any CSL owners in the Essex area (I'm in Clacton), to which if I ask politely could I come and have a little look, not a drive just a look, just to set my mind straight.

I'll continue my search on here, see what I need to find out, looks a nice site so far.

However its round my house at the moment in HErts.

I really recommend NOT going in one unless you have the dosh as you WILL want to buy it, immediately.

There is a guy in Abingdon that sells them a lot, as my sister lives there I was going see if he was about one day for a viewing.
Just hoping someone closer had one, you never know.

As for buying one on first view well:drool:, even M3's are lovely, what will I do for seeing a CSL lol.
Could you confirm if CSL's have split rear seats atall please?

Like shimmy say's if you've never been near a csl your gonna want one when you get the chance i met a couple of essex lads at the ring in april im sure they will pop up when the lights go out..;)

He helped me decide if a CSL was right for me and let me sample a great test drive to make my mind up (albeit in a slow black one). Nice guy :thumbs:

Yeah that's him, Nick. He did call me a while ago as I asked questions on a car he had, said then I'm more than welcome to visit.

No, his cars are generally priced on the higher side and the one i liked at the time lacked a BMW warranty which was essential to me back then.

LOL same thing here, he had the car sold within minutes. Nice guy tho, was only to happy to answer questions and decribe the cars to me.

Not been said so not missed, currently have 05 Impreza STI. Im not really board of it, just itching to fins out about a CSL.....if that makes sence?, and whether its a car that I will get on with.
I'm sure the running cost would be be very similar to the STI, fuel mostly lol.

Would recommend a chat with Shim about Bealos. I am in East London (which is nearly Essex) and happy to oblige. However, be it on your own head if you are a scammer as I am a big fella, will be tooled up and have a sniper on the roof just in case (just kidding......maybe) ;)
