Hi ,

I did the RMA trackday yesterday @SPA with my CSL .

Fastest time wit the CSL was 2.51.83  according to my PB (shimmy i'll mail you the file) but i don't have a vid of the time .
The day was overbooked +100 cars so the fast laps were at the end of the day and my SD card was already full :banghead:

This is a vid of my fastest time i have on vid 2.54.4 , not the best lap , made a few little mistakes and a porker drove in the way  .
After that a nice "fight" with V8 BOJ (think he is sometimes on this site)
Was a perfect sunny day and not too hot , only too bad the thing was overbooked sometimes the track looked laike a traffic jam :bigcry:

It can go faster i think .
I did a lap of 2.52.1 and i lost some time @ pouhon because a slower car that was in the way .
And at that time i was almost 1 sec faster than my fastest time .
A combination of the best sector times of the 2.51 and 1.52 time is in the 2.50 .

Thanks ;) .

Just checked my PB data and the 2.51.83 lap doesn't coun't , think there was a little GPS signal drop out because the circuit is 50M shorter in that lap  .

But the 2.52.1 lap is fine  .

Another vid , with alot of traffic

Flow, great to see the videos......a bit busy like you say which you dont really expect on pricey RMA days tbh.

Thanks also for the data, as you say the 2m 51.8 lap is def 60-70 metres short (i think you need an antenna for the PB for the outside of the car - well worth it if you are chasing the lap times - or better get the VBox as it has better internals.

Here is your 2m 52.1 in BLUE and mine from this year 2m 54.5 in RED. There are few anomolies on yours like down Kemmel when you suddenly accelrate at twice the usual rate (do you have a supercharger?)

Some corners you do take very well indeed and ill need to get to MLR day on 23rd i think!

Thanks shimmy ,

No supercharger , just cams and full supersprint ( header, cats , mid pipe and back box) . CSL is making 385 hp and 411nm torque and the car has lost some weight . ;)

The thing around kemel is very strange , the 2.52.1 lap my mate in his GT3 was behind me with a lap timer with external GPS and i was a bit faster then him and his time was 2.52.3 so i think that time is correct .

I'm not hunting for times , but i wanted to know how fast i can get around in the CSL . My goal was a 2.52 lap because i think that is a good time for a CSL .
But i think a high 2.50 lap would be possible on a good day .

i think you are right, a couple of CSLs runnning round on a dry day with little traffic and 2m 50 is possible (are you there 23rd mAy?)
