Was gonna do the PH drive out to Safron Waldon and that i did a few weeks ago.meet at Baldock and end up near the M25 sometime before lunch

I might be interested if not too far although I will have to persuade the wife (see: under the thumb). Saffron Walden, rings a bell Surrey or Oxon. ... ?

Ok 8am at South Mimms, then we can shoot off up to Baldock and around the country lanes :thumbs: and find soe coffee and biscuits on the way for a stop over somewhere in the sunshine:smokin:

Sorry I did not make it. Big ding dong with 'er indoors due to refurbishment of my e39 brakes running into Sunday dinner time. Turned up late with filthy finger nails and still wearing coveralls. I was going to suck it and see this morning as these days I keep waking up early (old man syndrome) but woke up at 0800 to get a lecture from her about my poor behaviour yesterday!

I hope it went well.

A good run out through herts and Essex topped off with a bacon sarnie and coffee in Bishops Stortford whilst taking in the sun and blue skies. Great roads though sadly I was scalped by a chick in a punto which was obviously running a scuderia engine :hahaha:
