Not looking forward to the drive over, but it's gotta be done to get the car over there!
Anyone I know Chris, and how are you getting on with the car. Was chatting with Niall and he said you were back form Oz and had picked it up:thumbs:

Indeed - but we are doing the Spa trackday on Saturday, and the TF on Sunday / Monday morning. 2 CSL's, a beetle (sometimes called a Porsche) and a merc (I think) in our little group.
A friend of mine who coming along tried to hire a car from RSR - apparently they are not allowed to rent them anymore. Is this due to the new owners of Nurburg Disney?

Indeed. I got an e-mail with my Dest. Nurb. booking to say no RSR cars will be allowed on track.:banghead: TWATS.

tighten up ya pussy :gayfight: it's only a bit of a spin down the road :clown:
Yea prob do know him, Sean - he has put a post up in the main section as he is looking to sell or trade his E92 M3 to join the fold.
Car is good, gave it a bit of a detail on saturday and was pleasently surprised by its condition. Normally I hate the first good clean on a car I have just bought as it highlights all the faults but no, she is a good one.
This was however all ruined when I noticed yesterday that the bellend who lives next door has christianed her by adding a small parking dent to my drivers door :banghead::smt067
So that along with the wheels & new tyres & a plate is next up.

Had me worried for a second:bigcry:
Still showing as open here http://www.nuerburgring.de/en/angebote/driving-experiences/tourist-rides-nordschleife/opening-times-nordschleife.html
Think the confusion is because they are running the combined loop for Friday afternoon & Sunday. Anyway car is packed solid with all the shit I need for the year, including lovely set of new cups, and the ferries out and plane tickets home are booked so I'm heading over whether it's open or not:smokin:
p.s. I'm stayng at the Dorint Easter Friday to Monday:beer:

The new tarmac is really good with lots of grip, Hatzenbach is much better. keep off the kerbs, at Hocheichen (the twisty bit) there much higher now.
There is a new piece of tarmac just after after the Adenau Forst the fast left hander before Kallenhard which is very fast. ! ! !
