Story of my life Alex haha .. the coilovers are still sitting a box believe it or not :banghead:
Finally got hold of someone within KW that replied yesterday and said Michael was in Geneva for the motorshow and will be back on Monday.

I just cant get over the endless amount of trouble you've had. Doesn't help not being in same continent thou! :hahaha:
Nevertheless you have got some serious patients here Tom but all good things come to those who wait! (which in your case is well over due). I would had the first plan to Germany

Only fair that I should update this as I have finally found time to install the shocks and have had every issue sorted to beyond expectation by Michael from KW :thumbs::thumbs:
There was an email issue during that period when I couldn't track down Michael (strange missing emails - maybe to do with a spam catcher haha), anyway, long story short I contacted another Colleague of Michael KW instead and shortly afterwards Michael made contact and sorted everything out to my satisfaction.
And now with my impression of these KW Competition 2 ways ...
One word .. .WOW.
The car never felt so composed yet compliant (and yet not overly harsh - or maybe we just have smooth roads here in NZ). The adjustment range well beyond my driving capabilities. A great piece of kit overall - I am glad I stuck with it - definitely could not have done it without the personal attention and help from Michael Grassl at KW Automotive. I must say that he must have been extra patient with me especially with answering my endless emails haha ... Cheers Michael if you are reading this.
Would I recommend the kit ... absolutely.
