how can I open the flap in airbox?

normally it's round 5,5k rpm and with sport it's round 2,5k but as the sport button does not add anything expect of more sensitive gas pedal I don't like it. but like the open flap hehe... any way how to solve it?

Take the flap out for all time and job done? is there any disadvantage of this?

Advantage = intake noise all the time. :smt055

Disatvantage = air filter tends to get dirty slightly quicker.
