Going to enter this. Having a look to see if a csl has been in it before, but can't see any listed. Any idea on what time I should be expecting to do?

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh will there be a noise limit? I did wonder - I will investigate. May have to put the OEM on.

In all the years of attending and giving support on friends cars running, I am yet to see a CSL run. Im guessing your not a B&H Motors Club member? as you'll need to be and is often over subscribed too. So get your name in now if you haven't already. You'll also require a race license to enter certain classes and full overalls etc are compulsory throughout.

I was intending to enter my BEC Mac1 Worx but ended up selling up. Then decided it to do it when I purchased the CSL but still yet to see my name down. I've often been persuaded by others to run, but never got round to it tbh and the fact being a 1/4 mile and CSL not being the best in this area, I'd prefer corners like the Eagle sprint @ Goodwood they do.

Let us know if you end up running, I'll look out for you.

I was joking, I shouldn't think there would be a noise limit - if's full of race car's so you should be fine ;)

Have applied for the licence and will post off the membership application form tomorrow

Yes, I saw there was the Eagle Sprint at Goodwood. If I have a licence and am a member....

Definitely intending on doing it. Been ages since I have done anything like this. Long time off, I know but come say hi

I'm considering entering the speed trials in the CSL, although it clashes with a sprint at brands hatch.

I did it last year in an even less suitable car for a 1/4mile, Honda S2000.

If your just applying for a license I guess it will be a national B and therefore you'll only be able to enter the handicap class, 2 practice runs and 1 timed so not a great deal of running for the money, still glad I did it though , good event to tick off on the must do list.

I also expect I'll be doing the eagle sprint at Goodwood in early August.

The more the merrier  Yes just a national B licence, so handicap it is. Won't be much time as you say which is a shame, but it's a much better birthday present to me, than a handbag ;):)

I saw that sprint on their website. May go along to watch so would be good to see a csl entered
