Hi all, was wondering if anyone knows about these chaps? as im in the market for a csl and they have a 53reg csl with 31k for £31500. Looks like a nice car on the internet, so was wondering if they have got a good reputation?
many thanks in advance.

I looked at them on the net when I was buying. Don't know much about them but they seem to deal with a few CSL...They had 3 when I was looking and most had BMW warrenty remaining...Depends on condition and history of the car but I think 29k to 30k is closer on money.

Oh ok, well there are two there, the other one has Ap brakes all round, looks really nice with them. But its done 40k and there after £29999 for it?
I thought it was a bit high, but supose it has the brake upgrade so they adjust the price to suit.

Not sure but I think they had that one there when I was looking last May, as I remember thinking thats a good spec with AP...but could be wrong. I wouldn't worry too much about mileage as long as it has good history and the condition to show it's been well looked after. Mine had 46k on the clock when I purchase it on a private sale and since then it's had an inspection 11 and given a clean bill of health....condition and history.....it's almost likely that the owner of the car has been on here or www.mtorque.com as therre are only 422 in the country so well worth asking the question or doing a search, someone ,may know the car. Anyway good luck with your search.

As long as the car has a warrenty then 29995 with AP's seems OK as this is the starting price...should be able to get some cash off that or a good price for a px I would imagine....those AP's are certainly a desirable add to the spec as they would add over 2k if purchased new....if I was to add the AP's and a warrenty to price of my car when I purchased it I would be looking at about 29/30kish.....

Sirus,
Make sure you shop around when you are looking to buy a CSL. There are always a few available, both trade and private.
I viewed 9 different cars and even travelled to Yorkshire to view 2 cars (i live in Cornwall!). In the end it was between 2 private sale cars - despite the concerns that can come with such a purchase. I sussed the seller was a genuine guy and the car still had BMW warranty outstanding.
In the end although the mileage on my car put me off initially (36k) i plumped for it as it was immaculate inside and out as well as having had all recall work done and a new steering wheel and door sills.
I looked for over 5 months but in the end it was well worth it and i'm still besotted with my CSL - the best car i i've ever had!
Gastro's car would be well worth a look if you ask me!

Couple for sale on here and then at least you can search for any threads the owner may have placed.....any problems are usually mentioned on here.
Don't be put off buying private either. Mine was the cheapest car on sale at the time, but as soon as I saw the car I could see it was a genuine example from a genuine chap....history and condition again....It needed an inspection 11 within 2 months and I was concerned what this would bring up but it saled through with no issues.....Do your homework, know what to lookout for and you shouldn't go far wrong........
Also there is a CSL buying guide coming out in next months BMWcar magazine, which comes out in around 10days time I think. It may help....also the EVO buying guide is on www.mtorque.co.uk I believe.

Thanks guys, i have taken in all what has been said, i spoke to the chap at BHP and he said that both their cars have third party warranty...?
He is a dealer and sounds like a real nice chap but, i wish that someone knew something about this bhp dealers? plus i never got the reg number of the ap'd car damm it :bigcry:
All i know is that the car has been serviced by munich legends for most of its life?

Munich legends are well respected....it would be worth having a chat to them it they have looked after it.
I'm sure Barney at Munich will be happy to talk to you about the car.
They sold me mine and whilst I paid a a bit over the odds, I know them well there and they are quite happy to dig into a car's history from my experiences.

I sold my old M3 to BHP, the guy theres called Sunny.
Good guy, and definately knows his stuff about CSLs.
Hello,
I have been down to BHP and they are really nice guys, with some proper cars for sale and I am pretty sure they have a 3 CSL's for sale, but I could be wrong.
They also tune race cars and service Ferraris etc so its a good outfit.
I have seen one of their CSL's when I was down there, the one with AP's, and it was in great condition, the only blemish being(apart from stone chips) was a tiny dink on the rear arch, but its the only real thing.
Check it out I say.
