Lol Maybe for you! :gayfight: :bigcry:
Seriously I'd love to do Donington but I don't know if I can afford it at the moment :( I'm sorting a fixed rate on my mortgage and spending money on a property, track days come after that! :banghead:

Do you know if this event is ok for novices also? might be tempted by this.
Saw on the web its a fast paced circuit, but as it will be my first track day don't want something stupidly hard. But would be good to get to introduce myself and meet you fellas

Donnington is a cracking circuit

and you've got to start somewhere
I did my first track day at Donny, its all very exciting, but just keep an eye on your mirrors and you'll be fine - the organisers always make it clear that everyone has paid the same money for the day, novice or expert, so don't worry on that front
I am sure Rob will take you under his wing and show you how its done, just ask him to show you how to drift a car- amazing technique he has:supz:

I really wish I was there. I haven't done Donny for a couple of years and never really got any better there over the 5/6 times I have been.
I must go this year, after Spa maybe, so let me know your times guys so I have something to aim for!
Have a good time guys, and. Hope it's really wet coz I am at Rocky the same day running in our 4th MX5 at 40/60% throttle so I need the rain to make it interesting (gotta do 200 miles). We are also testing for Race Two with cars 1-3 inc Clive and Terryb.
Be safe!
