So thanks to M5 Powered, I finally have a full set of good wheels. Dropped off the new front at Lepsons this morning to be painted to match the others (Gloss Black).
Question is, does the buckled one I am left with have any value ? Two firms have told me it cannot be repaired, but MAY be ok for a TD (but steering would prob not be nice)..
Is it worth more than 10p ?
BMW Coffee table anyone ??

CSL coffee table
drill and fix to wall using rawl bolts, threaded rod through the wheel nut holes and nuts to hold it on and they make great hose reels ;)

What's magnesium worth as scrap anyway ?

Hi Yanto,
I'd follow Lawsy's advice and take it for scrap! But first I'd put the wheel beyond use, just incase it ends-up on Ebay.

Na, make a decent ornament out of it surely? Even on the Garage wall as has been said already,
As has been said, handy for air hoses, water hoses or even electrical extensions.

Jesus, you will burst into flames if you throw it out :clown:
As Baz says make something from it, get the grinder out at flatten a top & bottom and stick some nice glass on it. Coffee table - done.:smokin:

I've got an old golf buggy knocking about, reckon with some cutting and welding I could have a CSL wheeled cart :smokin: It only does about 5 mph anyway so wobbly wheels would be fine. How bling would that be :supz:
Not sure about arch clearance though !!!
On a serious note, you just know that if it gets sold on some poor sod is going to end up with it from fleabay or the like :banghead:
or make one of these shitter's :banghead:
