Hi and new to the site and looking to buy a csl - appreciate any help or direction to find a car.Previously owned a black m3 with smg and was so close to buying a csl at the time but not quite right for the mileage i would be doing.
I have seen a car up for sale at bhp in Buckinghamshire and does anyone know any history on it ?

No info on car sorry, but welcome to the Forum anyway.
Have a look at the Car for Sale section here, you'll always find a cracker here. Also the usual Pistonheads and Munich Legends, then there's the Main Dealers.
Good luck in your search, where are you located?

Don't know about the BHP one, other than it's been up for sale quite a while. It was previously at £31500 for ages before they dropped it to £30k.
Mine will appear on BMW AUC in a few days.

I have seen the BHP car shortly after they got it - nearly 1 year ago now ! They have it on SoR for someone. It is showing lowish mileage, and was unprepared when I saw it, but I wasn't convinced that it was worth the high price being asked.
When I saw it, it needed a front bumper repair, the interior was quite "lived in", the steering wheel was in an unpleasant state, wheels weren't mint, and at some time it's had a serious HiFi installation that hasn't been removed very cleanly. E.g. self tapping screw holes in the boot floor, bits of dynamat stuck all over the boot here & there.
Maybe they've addressed all that by now.

thanks for the info outnumbered and you often wonder why a car has been available for so long... not even seen it yet so not going to bother.
Hopefully found a much better one

Reigate, you're only round the corner from me
Go to see Stuart over at Munich Legends (Just past East Grinstead), they have had a couple of lovely CSL's in over the past 12 months, nice friendly bunch in there.

I have used munich legends before to do work on an E30 M3 we used to own - such a great car. They told me nothing in stock and a long list of people waiting for a csl !
I am looking at one tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Quick clarification on my earlier post as I just noticed that BHP have two up for sale.
This is the one I saw, that they've had for ages (reduced by 2K in that time):
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1742102.htm
But they also list this one which is apparently one owner, that I haven't seen:
