Right, simple simple question.
How much would you pay for a CSL with the following miles on it? Only assumptions are that it's got full service etc etc and it wants for nothing. Wheels are refurbished, brakes are new, front end resprayed etc etc...
90,000 miles - £
110,000 miles - £
130,000 miles - £
Put the maximum's you'd pay on the basis the example did not show it's miles in any way, shape or form, other than the odometer.
Oh and it has air-con but no xenons..

worth that in parts stripped

90,000 miles - £20.5k
110,000 miles - £18k
130,000 miles - £18k
Last two the same because I think there's a point beyond 100k miles when the extra doesn't really matter. Condition/maintenance is all important.

Once again Funtime you have asked a question to which there is no answer
I'd say asking prices would/should be about
20k,
18k,
17k
but what you want to pay for it is up to how much you want it and how much they don't and that is down to bargaining power :smokin:

didn't you just buy an m3? and already you are looking for a csl? think you should learn how to drive the m3 first before you consider a csl.

Nonsense - my CSL was my first M3, my first ever RWD car, and the first car i ever took on a race track - and that was at the Ring! :hahaha:

Nope, you must have me confused with someone else... had my e46 M3 almost a year now and done the ring and silverstone in it.. also had a 3.0ltr e36 M3 before that with no traction and took that round brands at a good pace ;)

wasnt talking to you:blalalala::birdman:
each man to his own, and that advice was directed only at funtime, as he evidently has confidence issues with driving his m3

my mistake, just assumed that, as you are looking at modifying an m3 or buying a csl. and then you were after buying parts for the m3, which implied that you had decided to go down the m3 route.

Yeah that's just because I want to do more track days than I've done in the previous year so wanted to improve mine in preparation or just stop mincing around and buy a CSL :hahaha:

so turn it off and just cruise around , get used to it like that first. once you are used to having it off all the time, then start to push it bit by bit.
once you can drive it with dsc off all the time you will never look back.
