Anyone actually had to use it? Am about to renew the warranty
and wonder what benefit (and i mean in real life terms) I would receive getting this BMW cover compared to the AA cover I already have.
Many thanks
Jonathan

Not really sure on like for like to be honest but have used and they were very good. Kept me up to date the whole 20 min I had to wait from operator and also recovery man.

Ditto - good experience once when I had a brake issue. Kept me informed along the way.
Then once car was dropped off at nearest dealership, with him following me all the way, he took me home to await a hirecar that was then provided under the warranty - and that then came within 2 hrs.

Have gone with BMW via the Warranty, but ADAC looks good.
Assume the main benefit to ADAC is that they would recover you off the ring in the event of an off.
