Well i'm on the east coast near Norwich so we've pretty much got the whole of the UK covered :hahaha:
I don't mind traveling cause i haven't driven my car for 4 months cause i've been working abroad.
But yes somewhere central would be best i guess......

What about some suggestions then and dates.
Anything decent happening carwise in the Midlands maybe meet up at a car show or race meeting.
I know the BMW weekend is on at Santa Pod, think it is the 20/21 Sept, not sure if it's everyones tastes but it's the first suggestion.

Well i'm defo up for this. I might even stay over that way on the night of the 20th. There a good little travel lodge in Wellingborough.
There is a normal RWYB day on the Sat so i might get there early and have a look.

Hi David, I'm also at the Ring 18th -21st Oct in my CSL with a large group of friends from the GTROC. Would be good to meet up if we can for a chat with fellow CSL owners? I'll be glad of a break from obsessed Skykine GTR owners talk I'm sure!

Doesn't look like it Rags...Had a look at the Santa Pod thing but must say doesn't sound like my cup of tea....I think you need 20" Rims and a Boomy Boxy Hi Fi thingy and look like a :clown: to feel at home....
Just to change the subject for a min...when I had a E30 M3 EVO11 back in the early 90's there used to be a yearly BMW show at Donny...did this stop.....I think it was run by a Club BMW or something...the same chap used to run Club Lotus and they still have a show each year there.....unfortunatly the chap, Graham Arnold, died a few years ago...that used to be a great show.

BMW car club UK run a track day in October at Donny, 6th this year. Went last year and was ok but a big mix of cars and speeds.
The main BMW event is held at the comically named 'Gaydon' near Birmingham.
Was last month.
