Nice christmas present for me both csl and golf insurance due on the 25th :banghead: Thought i would try competition car insurance, wow superb quote £515,they would not insure the golf though.Only issue i have is the night time cover from 10 till 6 its only insured for theft if its in the insured address garage not a major issue for me but could be for some.I presume the track day insurance covers car if crashed with a 10% cost so about £3000 excess. All in all highly recommended:thumbs:

Is that with limited mileage too? I tried to ring them on Friday after 1700 but there was no answer so I assume they are just a Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 company. I am soon to have three cars to insure with only two lots of NCD so I am hoping they can do me a good deal.

Ps what sort of excess is on the policy as I am currently with Aviva and have a £750 excess?

Oh and also i have agreed a value of £30000 so thats what shes insured for unlike normal companies who will try to offer you £22000 or so because they dont know the value of our cars.

No third party cover on other vehicles is quite restrictive but you pay your money you take your choice I suppose. How are you supposed to park it in your garage when you are at the Nordschliefe?

Right I rang them for a quote and was given a premium of £575 with a £500 AD excess, 3,000 miles pa and locked in a garage. Foreign cover for 30 days and 5 track days provided they are 'organised', 2 of these abroad. Again no TP cover.
