This was for sale a short while ago, seems to be changing hands often. Pretty sure the last guy to own it didn't have it long

Seems it's still the same person who's owned it for the past two years ;) as I remember seeing the same Ad when I was looking for mine back in 2009 :smokin:

15K poured into a Cat D doesn't sound like a good investment, unless he bought it for 5K or so... 28K is dreaming unfortunately. A "minor accident to the rear" wouldn't write a CSL off, so it must be more serious... but at least it'll have a new boot floor :hahaha:
"Buying a house" must be a euphemism for something, given the number of people who claim to be selling for that reason.

Yeah, it's hard for me to remember back that long...
Early next year I'm actually due the proceeds of the endowment policy (remember them folks?) that I took out when we bought our first house in 1986. It'll be a nice windfall, but £45K isn't worth quite the same as it was 25 years ago.

:ban:indeed :banghead:
Also fkin annoying that the "holiday" for FTBs doesn't apply over £250k :banghead: Should at least get relief on the first 250k, then pay it on anything over until the next threshold :banghead:
