View Full Version : Nurburgring this weekend
Had a cracking (but very very wet) weekend over there with Pistenclub and RMA.
Highlight of the weekend was 2 laps being chased by / chasing a black CSL with two charming Italian gents on board - one was Mauro, didnt catch the other gents name - are you guys members here?
Lowpoint of the weekend was watching a mate properly re-arrange the armco with a brand new gen2 GT3. Uninsured.
And on the subject of GT3's - drove a different GT3 yesterday - still prefer the CSL...

Hi Cuda, glad you had a good weekend. Shame about the weather. I was there Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and had an awesome time. Weather was very respectable. Had a couple of 25+lap days, no traffic, no waiting. :smokin: My absolute favourite time of year at Ring.;)

Now that my Intrax is fixed and car geoed, I may get myself down there for one last week-end, will trailer the car down so will have large selection of rubber ! And if its pisses it down, I will lap in the fookin Disco and leave the CSL on tut trailer ! And if anything goes fookin wrong during a lap in the Disco I think it will be a sharp exit through the woods job ! ... 2 and 3/4 tonne hitting the Armco WILL hurt the wallet !:hahaha:

You guys did the right thing getting a truck to take the car down there - i hate the drive back! who was that old dude with the Gallardo CSL, sorry Supaleggera? Fab car / noise and he was very quick which is rare to see in cars like that...
